Phil began his musical pursuit at a very young age. He later Toured the Far East with the U.S. Navy Band and traveled the U.S., Canada, and Europe with a gospel group. He has produced several recording artist both local and national, and his work can be heard on his solo release "Gentle Touch" on Cutting Edge Records.
