Alicia Rinehart - Violin & Viola
A native of the northwest, Alicia’s early training was as a member of Thalia Youth Symphonies (Mikael Scheremetiew – violin instructor). Alicia attended University of Washington (Denis Zsigmondy – violin), San Francisco Conservatory of Music (Don Ehrlich – viola), and Peabody Conservatory (Paul Coletti – viola).
Alicia performs regularly at Village Theater and Paramount Theatre. She has also performed with the Pacific Northwest Ballet, Seattle Symphony, 5th Avenue Theatre, Tacoma Symphony, Bellevue Philharmonic, Auburn Symphony, Boise Philharmonic, Juneau Symphony, Yakima Symphony, and Northwest Sinfonietta. Most recently, Alicia has performed with and created string arrangements for legendary harmonica player, Lee Oskar.
Additionally, Alicia has performed in concert with Bolshoi Ballet, Kenny Rogers, Anne Murray, Johnny Mathis, Luciano Pavarotti, Barry Manilow, Martha Reeves, Mary Wells, Temptations, Four Tops, Page and Plant, Natalie Cole, Wynona Judd, Burt Bacharach, Linda Ronstad, Sammy Davis, Jr., Sarah Brightman, Bernadette Peters, Kenny G, Rod Stewart, and Ricki Lee Jones.
